WHY AMAZING KAMOTE?

Why?  Because to imitate Forrest Gump, life is like a sack of kamote.  It can be very heavy at times but if you take it one kamote at a time, the load becomes easier to carry.  And if you have loved ones to help you carry the kamote, the task becomes not only easy but even wonderful in parts.

A Kamote seems ugly and deformed sometimes but all you need to do is peel away the layers, cook it lovingly with ingredients filled with love (even hope) and transform it into a dessert or a dish for the ages.

WHO ARE YOU?

If you came across this blog via Facebook, you know me already.  But to protect the identity of the people I might happen to write about from the general public (or to be more straightforward about it, to protect myself from lawsuits) , I’d rather not state my name on this space.  All you need to know is that I am a person who likes thinking…or more precisely over-thinking things. If you are an over-thinker like me, you are in the right place. If you have a problem, an issue or just a stray thought you would like dissect to infinity, you have come to the right place. I will over-think with you to your heart’s content.

All I can share is that I am of the female species, married with offspring and just another rodent in the corporate rat race.

WHY ARE YOU WRITING THIS BLOG?
There are several reasons why people blog. Some write for money. Some write to pass the time, to extinguish boredom. I write because I want to live and stay sane. For me, this will be therapy. But if my random musings manage to make you laugh, cry or think, I would count myself twice blessed.

WHAT WILL YOU WRITE ABOUT?
Life.
